These Terms of Service govern use of the GameWeenies Identity service and related identity-control features provided by GameWeenies.
GameWeenies Identity provides account establishment, authentication, session control, and mechanisms for associating supported external platform identities with a GameWeenies identity.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account, password, authenticated sessions, and external platform accounts you use with the service. Do not intentionally provide credentials or authorization for identities you do not control.
The service may interact with third-party platforms, including Discord, to obtain authoritative identity information or proof of account control. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. GameWeenies does not control the availability or operation of third-party services.
You may not use the service to impersonate others, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, abuse verification or recovery mechanisms, or attempt to claim identities you do not control.
The service may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued as GameWeenies develops and operates its identity platform. Features, supported platforms, and technical requirements may change over time.
GameWeenies may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, connected systems, or the integrity of identity records, or when these terms are materially violated.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. GameWeenies does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every external platform will remain supported.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GameWeenies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
